Delete account

This page handles the deletion of your Link by PZX data only. If you also use other PZX products (Konn, Harmony), your PZX account stays active for them.

Before you delete

If you're the sole owner of a PZX organization that uses other products, transfer ownership first, otherwise those products become unreachable.
Active Link subscriptions on Stripe are cancelled immediately. Pending invoices are still due.
This is permanent. Deleted bios, short links, and QR codes cannot be recovered.

1. Open Link by PZX
2. Go to Settings > Account
3. Tap Delete account
4. Confirm the action

Use this option if you no longer have access to the app. Fill out the form below and we'll process your request within 30 days.

Your Link bio, avatar, and customizations
Short links and QR codes you created
Custom domains connected to Link
Link onboarding and settings
Your PZX user account, email and sessions, only if Link is your only PZX product

Retained for legal compliance

Security logs (up to 6 months)
Stripe billing records when tax law requires
Data linked to abuse or fraud investigations
Anonymized analytics on deleted links
