Delete account
This page handles the deletion of your Link by PZX data only. If you also use Konn, your PZX account stays active for it.
Before you delete
- If you're the sole owner of a PZX organization that uses other products, transfer ownership first, otherwise those products become unreachable.
- Active Link subscriptions on Stripe are cancelled immediately. Pending invoices are still due.
- This is permanent. Deleted bios, short links, and QR codes cannot be recovered.
How to request
Through support
No access to the app? Use the support button in the bottom-right corner to ask us to delete your account, with the email you use on Link. We'll write back to confirm before deleting anything, and handle your request within 30 days.
What happens to your data
Permanently deleted
- Your Link bio, avatar, and customizations
- Short links and QR codes you created
- Custom domains connected to Link
- Link onboarding and settings
- Your PZX user account, email and sessions, only if Link is your only PZX product
Retained for legal compliance
- Security logs (up to 6 months)
- Stripe billing records when tax law requires
- Data linked to abuse or fraud investigations
- Anonymized analytics on deleted links
